Refund policy

We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

All of our products are made to order, which means they are produced specifically for each customer. Because of this, we do not accept returns for change of mind, wrong size selection, or buyer’s remorse.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at listockadobe@gmail.com and include your order number and clear photos of the issue.

If your claim is approved, we will offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Items must not be returned without prior approval.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Custom or personalized products cannot be returned or exchanged.

Sale items and gift cards are non-refundable.

European Union 14 day cooling off period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it. However, this right does not apply to custom-made or personalized items.

Refunds

If approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
